JS Capone LLC was founded in 2023 as a Metal and Powdered Metal Strategic Marketing company.  40+ years industrial experience across a wide variety of industries including Power and Energy Systems, Air Pollution Control Systems,  Oil & Gas, Chemical, Semiconductors, Pulp & Paper, Medical, Aerospace and Defense, and heavy Industry.  

After graduating form Pitt, professional career started at Westinghouse working with Nuclear instrumentation and providing consulting services to Long Island Lighting Shoreham Station.   Worked directly for Public Service of Colorado Fort St. Vrain Station to ensure plant operating procedures and plant modifications would not compromise plant safety.    Spent a number of years designing and producing environmental collection systems  at Wheelabrator Air Pollution Control desigining and selling Dust Collectors, Precipitators and Cyclones.    

Upon receiving an MBA from Carnegie Mellon provided Strategic Marketing for AMETEK Process and Analytical Instruments focusing on product development and international sales expansion.  Then as Global product Manager for Compunetics,  a printed circuit board company worked with international companies provided operational, logistics and commercial support importing printed circuit boards from Italy.  

In 2005, joined the AMETEK Specialty Metal Powders division as the Strategic Marketing Manager working with metal powders and metal powder consolidation technologies.  Provided growth strategy including product development, market expansion and identifying and integrating acquisition targets growing the business from approx $50M to over $600M within 15 years.  

Since 2023 have supported companies requiring metal powder competitive analys or strategic marketing.  JS Capone LLC offers extensive knowledge with specialty powders including Titanium and powder producing technologies and metal powder applications including powder consolidation techniques such as press and sinter and Additive Manufacturing  Spray technologies, and coating and bonding technologies .
